I would like to express my great satisfaction with the cooperation with TOOLS4F S.R.O., and in particular with Mr. Petr Sotona.
Given our current situation, we needed to ensure temporary coverage of the AFH (Actuarial Function Holder) role within our insurance company. Among other options, we reached out to TOOLS4F S.R.O. through Martin Janeček. From the very beginning, the communication was highly effective, and within just a few weeks we were able to agree on a cooperation model, a specific candidate, and the terms of engagement.
Petr Sotona took on the AFH role and approached it with a high level of proactivity. Throughout his engagement, he consistently fulfilled all responsibilities associated with the role to the full satisfaction of our company’s management, as well as other relevant bodies such as the Audit Committee and the Supervisory Board.
At the same time, Petr dedicated significant effort to the development of an internal AFH candidate, who ultimately succeeded in taking over the role.
